Hello! I am John Robertshaw and married to Diane who is a physiotherapist. We have three adult sons, Mark, Luke and Timothy. I am the pastor of Arbury Community Church, Cambridge
UK. Most of the time I am here in Cambridge with my church and the local community. I am a Governor of Arbury School and a Trustee of the Red Hen project and Arbury Community Association of which I am also the Hon Treasurer. I have recently been the chairman of the North Cambridge Council of Churches.
Our church has connections with some churches abroad and I usually travel to India once a year to visit churches and teach in a Training Centre. I also visit a church in Kenya every two or three years and like taking teams with me.
I am usually fairly busy with my work but when I do have time I like to
listen to and play music, paint, photography, travel to warm place or walk in hills. I enjoy designing literature and computing and maintain this and other web sites. I also run a publishing
business called Coastline Christian Resources which has a small number of
titles.
I became a Christian during my first days as an undergraduate in
1965 and enjoy my life working with God to see his kingdom come.
This brief CV is to enable any old friends to identify me as the John Robertshaw you used to know!
